Sam Cho is a managing partner in charge of the Tax Solution Division at MYBL Accounting Services, Inc. He is responsible for the delivery of tax consulting, tax compliance, and accounting services to a broad array of business enterprises and high net worth individuals.
Prior to joining MYBL, Mr. Cho was a tax specialist at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. He dealt with a wide variety of businesses, working in the tax consulting department and participating in the firm’s various specialized industry groups for real estate, manufacturing, and entertainment.
Mr. Cho has had extensive experience in all aspects of income taxation and is well versed in minimizing income taxes, including tax planning related to acquistion of real estate. In addition, he is knowledgeable in laccelerated tax depreciation planning techniques. He regularly and successfully advises his real estate invester clients on how to maximize tax savings.
Mr. Cho obtained a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California. He has authored publications on the use of tax returns to understand a business, tax planning in business acquisitions and other tax matters.
Mr. Cho is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
